In het kader van het onderzoek gerelateerd aan de aanslagen te Parijs op 13 november 2015 heeft de Kamer van Inbeschuldigingstelling bij het Hof van Beroep te Brussel op 9 januari 2019 de voorlopige hechtenis van Ali E.H.A. met twee maanden verlengd.
In dezelfde zaak heeft de Raadkamer van Brussel op 10 januari 2019 de voorlopige hechtenis van Monir A.A., Mohamed A. en Ossama K. met twee maanden verlengd.

Dans le cadre de l’enquête faisant suite aux attentats de Paris le 13 novembre 2015, la Chambre des mises en accusation près la Cour d’Appel de Bruxelles a confirmé le 9 janvier 2019 la prolongation pour deux mois de la détention préventive d’Ali E.H.A.
Dans la même affaire, la Chambre du Conseil de Bruxelles a confirmé le 10 janvier 2019 la prolongation pour deux mois de la détention préventive de Monir A.A., Mohamed A. et Ossama K.

In connection with the investigation on the terrorist attacks in Paris the 13th of November 2015, the pre-trial Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Brussels extended on the 9th of January 2019 for two months the temporary custody of Ali E.H.A.
In the same case the pre-trial Chamber of the Court of First Degree of Brussels extended on the 10th of January 2019 for two months the temporary custody of Monir A.A., Mohamed A. and Ossama K.
