La Chambre des mises en accusation près la Cour d’appel de Bruxelles a rendu ce matin son arrêt dans le dossier des attentats de Bruxelles et Zaventem.
Elle renvoie 10 inculpés devant la Cour d’assises pour assassinats, tentatives d'assassinat commis dans un contexte terroriste et/ou participation aux activités d’un groupe terroriste.
Il s’agit d’Oussama Atar, Mohamed Abrini, Salah Abdeslam, Sofien Ayari, Osama Krayem, Ali El Haddad Asufi, Bilal El Makhoukhi, Hervé Bayingana Muhirwa ainsi que Smail et Ibrahim Farisi.
Le procès, selon les prévisions, devrait débuter au palais de justice « Justitia » (Evere) dans le courant du mois de septembre 2022, à une date encore à préciser par la Cour d’appel de Bruxelles.

De Kamer van inbeschuldigingstelling bij het Hof van beroep te Brussel heeft vandaag uitspraak gedaan in het dossier van de aanslagen van Brussel en Zaventem.
10 verdachten worden naar het Hof van Assisen verwezen voor moord en poging tot moord gepleegd in een terroristische context en/of deelneming aan de activiteiten van een terroristische groep.
Het gaat over Oussama Atar, Mohamed Abrini, Salah Abdeslam, Sofien Ayari, Osama Krayem, Ali El Haddad Asufi, Bilal El Makhoukhi, Hervé Bayingana Muhirwa alsmede Smail en Ibrahim Farisi.
Het proces zal naar verwachting in september 2022 beginnen in het justitiepaleis “Justitia” (Evere), op een datum die nog moet worden bepaald door het Hof van Beroep van Brussel.

The Brussels Indictment Chamber of the Court of Appeal rendered its judgment today in the file on the attacks of Brussels ans Zaventem.
It refers 10 defendants to the Assize Court for murder and attempted murder committed in a terrorist context and/or participation in the activities of a terrorist group.
It concerns Oussama Atar, Mohamed Abrini, Salah Abdeslam, Sofien Ayari, Osama Krayem, Ali El Haddad Asufi, Bilal El Makhoukhi, Hervé Bayingana Muhirwa as well as Smail and Ibrahim Farisi.
The trial is expected to start in the “Justitia” courthouse (Evere) in September 2022, at a date yet to be specified by the Brussels Court of Appeal.
