In het kader van het gerechtelijk onderzoek gerelateerd aan de aanslagen te Brussel en Zaventem van 22 maart 2016 heeft de Raadkamer bij de Rechtbank van eerste aanleg te Brussel gisteren de voorlopige hechtenis van Hervé BM. met 2 maanden verlengd.
Indien hij tegen deze beslissing hoger beroep aantekent, zal hij binnen de vijftien dagen voor het Hof van beroep verschijnen.

Dans le cadre de l’instruction judiciaire ouverte suite aux attentats à Bruxelles et Zaventem le 22 mars 2016, la Chambre du conseil près le Tribunal de première instance de Bruxelles a ordonné hier la prolongation de la détention préventive de Hervé BM. pour une durée de deux mois.
S’il interjette appel contre cette décision, il comparaîtra devant la Cour d’appel dans les quinze jours.

In connection with the investigation on the terrorist attacks in Brussels and Zaventem the 22nd of March 2016, the Brussels pre-trial Chamber ordered yesterday the prolongation for two months of the temporary custody of Hervé BM.
