Betreft: Poging tot terroristische moord en voorbereiding van een terroristisch misdrijf
In het kader van een onderzoek van het Federaal parket, naar een poging tot terroristische moord en voorbereiding van een terroristisch misdrijf, heeft de Raadkamer van de Rechtbank van Eerste Aanleg Antwerpen afdeling Antwerpen gisteren de voorlopige hechtenis van Mehrad A., Nasimeh N. en Amir S. met twee maanden verlengd.
Indien zij beroep aantekenen tegen deze beslissing dan zullen zij binnen de vijftien dagen voor de Kamer van Inbeschuldigingsstelling bij het Hof van Beroep te Antwerpen verschijnen.

Dans le cadre d’un dossier du parquet fédéral concernant une tentative d’assassinat et de préparation d’une infraction terroriste, Mehrad A., Nasimeh N. et Amir S. ont vu hier leur détention préventive prolongée de deux mois par la Chambre du conseil près le Tribunal de Première Instance d’Anvers division d’Anvers.
S’ils font appel contre cette décision, ils comparaîtront devant la chambre des mises en accusation près la Cour d’Appel d’Anvers dans les quinze jours.

Within the framework of an investigation of the federal public prosecution office, related to an attempt to terrorist murder and preparation of a terrorist crime, Mehrad A., Nasimeh N. and Amir S. saw their pre-trial detention extended yesterday for two months by the pre-trial chamber of the court of first degree of Antwerp, division of Antwerp.
